Senator McGuire’s statement on “Right to Die” bill

Sacramento, CA – Senator Mike McGuire (D-Healdsburg) issued the following statement today on SB 128: “The passage of today’s legislation has been well over a decade in the making – with retired North Coast Assemblywoman Patty Berg blazing the trail. We are one step closer to providing terminally ill Californians the ability to choose death with dignity. I’m grateful to Senator Wolk and Monning for all of their work on this historic achievement.”
