Senator McGuire to host Coronavirus Telephone Town Hall with Sonoma County officials

Sacramento, CA – Senator Mike McGuire will hold a critical telephone town hall TOMORROW Wednesday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. for Sonoma County residents to hear the latest updates on the state and local coronavirus response.

“We’re working with all levels of government to ensure a unified response to the coronavirus here in Sonoma County and all throughout the North Coast,” Senator Mike McGuire said. “We’ll have the latest, most accurate information on the shelter-at-home orders, our local schools, our economy and statewide testing on Wednesday evening. We hope folks can join us for this informative Telephone Town Hall with the County of Sonoma.”

Who: Senator Mike McGuire; Sonoma County Public Health Officer Dr. Sundari Mase; Sonoma County Superintendent of Schools Steve Herrington; Sonoma State Economist Dr. Rob Eyler; and a University of California physician focused on infectious diseases. 

What: Telephone Town Hall to provide the latest updates on our response to the coronavirus. 

When: This Wednesday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m.

How to attend: Dial 844-721-7241, enter code 3165764 and follow the prompts. You will be connected to the live town hall via telephone and you will be able to listen to the speakers providing critical updates. The town hall will be limited to the first 1,000 participants.
